Toronto Weather Flash Applet

Well, now that I have pretty much implemented this redesign, and gotten everything working, I had a chance to adapt the weather portion of the AKHBN to be a standalone weather forecast plug-in.

Currently it only supports Toronto, Ontario, and it gets it's data by scraping an Environment Canada web page. If there was interest I would consider converting this to accept multiple locations within Canada, or perhaps elsewhere in the world.
